If you believe that Music and the Arts are essential for both society and humanity, then DCM wants you to join our amazing fundraising team at the prestigious world-class Pacific Northwest Ballet. We're looking to hire those who have the passion and conviction required for success.

YOU MUST BE: charismatic, reliable, persistent, and enthusiastic for this crucial mission. You must also be able to read from a script confidently and naturally and be receptive to ongoing coaching. This is a FUNDRAISING position, not a customer service job-you need to be able to turn a NO into a YES and have what it takes to CLOSE SALES over the phone.

Requirements:

• A background in classical music or the performing arts is required, and sales or fundraising experience preferred

• Basic computer literacy and a professional phone manner

• If hired, must be available for paid training Monday 1/9 from 4-9pm EST

• Must be available for the duration of the campaign

• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week, including late evenings Mon-Thurs, and day/afternoons both Friday and Saturday

• Available shifts: Mon-Thurs: 7pm-11pm E.T., Fri & Sat: 1pm-5pm E.T.

$$$ Base Hourly Wage, PLUS COMMISSIONS and BONUSES $$$

You must be working from one of the following cities and states to be eligible: New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and San Diego or Los Angeles California.

We work YEAR ROUND, successful fundraisers will be given opportunities to work on other campaigns!
